These Terms govern your use of Wollice, an app and website for managing personal collections of games, movies, books, travels, and other cards. By using Wollice, you agree to these Terms.
Some features require an account. During registration, you must provide a valid email address and a nickname. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account.
You agree not to use Wollice for illegal activity, infringement, malware, attempts to bypass security, unauthorized data access, spam, harassment, or abusive or prohibited content.
You keep your rights to content you add to Wollice, including notes, ratings, comments, photos, covers, and other materials. You grant Wollice a limited right to store, process, and display that content only to operate the service, sync your data, provide backups, friend features, and public links that you choose to enable.
Wollice may use data and images from third-party sources including TMDB, Wikipedia, Wikidata, OpenLibrary, and other public catalogs. Those materials belong to their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses and terms.
The Wollice AI bot may generate recommendations and responses based on your messages, collection, and enabled memories. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You can report unsuitable AI responses directly in the app. Do not treat AI responses as professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
Wollice Plus may provide paid features such as expanded limits, the AI bot, and other functionality. In the Android app, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Google Play. You can manage your subscription in your Google Play account. Plus access continues until the end of the paid period unless Google Play rules or applicable law require otherwise.
You can delete your account and associated data in the app. If you no longer have app access, you may request deletion at support@wollice.com from the account email. Some data may remain temporarily in backups or logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Wollice may use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics, sign-up and sign-in diagnostics, app diagnostics and usage analytics. By using Wollice, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Wollice stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Wollice is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, AI errors, third-party service outages, or user actions.
We may update the service, change features, introduce limits, and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, security requirements, or the law.
Wollice is not intended for children under 13. If your country requires a higher age or parental consent, you must comply with those requirements.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at wollice.com/terms.html. Significant changes may also be shown in the app.
