Wollice Account Deletion

Open Wollice and go to Profile → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@wollice.com from the email address linked to your Wollice account.
Your profile, collection cards, ratings, notes, comments, covers/photos, AI chats, personas, memories, app settings, and related account data are deleted from the active database after confirmation. Limited technical logs, security records, payment/subscription records, and backups may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or platform obligations.
If you have an active Wollice Plus subscription through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your Wollice account does not always cancel future Google Play billing automatically.
